Likewise, any use that may damage, destroy, overload, or deteriorate the Platform or prevent its usual use by Users, that harms the rights of WINTERINA or the interests of third parties or WINTERINA, or that may otherwise damage, destroy, overload, or deteriorate the platform and the sale of WINTERINA products or prevent its regular use and the sale of products by Users is prohibited.
Use fraudulent information; impersonate; provide false or modified information for the creation of users and passwords intended to generate the purchase of products on the WINTERINA platform.
PRICES, OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
Regarding the offers, small variations in color or other minor variations in the products offered may occur due to different image acquisition and display technologies or other technical reasons. WINTERINA assumes no responsibility for such variations and deviations.
The sales tax is not included in the price stated in the platform information. Prices are expressed in US dollars. WINTERINA reserves the right to make changes to prices and products before any order is placed by you. Once the User has placed an order, WINTERINA is obligated to maintain the purchase conditions established at the time the purchase was generated on the platform. WINTERINA reserves the right to change, limit, or cancel special offers at any time.
WINTERINA charges shipping costs. Shipping costs may vary for each product and location and have been expressed in the purchase summary at the time of acquiring the product. These shipping costs will be billed, when necessary, independently and will be specified and added to the total price of the order.
Products sold under a Special Offer cannot be exchanged. Discounts with promotional or seasonal coupons are not cumulative among themselves or with products already discounted in the online store.
SALES TAX
The rate and application of state and local sales taxes are determined by the destination to which the products are shipped. Taxes will be applied during the checkout process and will be charged to your payment method.
These terms displayed are subject to change, as the taxation of online transactions continually evolves. WINTERINA strives to comply with state and local tax laws as they currently exist and continues to monitor and update its tax policies as those laws change.
For orders shipped to Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Utah, and Virginia, all applicable state and local sales taxes will be added to your total order, and to shipping costs when applicable.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you have purchased items that are now on sale, WINTERINA may offer you a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only. Please contact us at the email address info@winterina.com with the original purchase receipt within 14 days of the original sale purchase.
We do not offer price adjustments on shipping costs. The price adjustment will be provided with a coupon code for the amount of the difference, which can be used on a future purchase.
ORDER LEGALIZATION
Upon legalizing the order, WINTERINA will send the User an email confirming the detailed purchase information and an additional email confirming the payment status of the order. Once the payment is confirmed, the User will receive an email confirming the payment and will receive email(s) informing them about the shipping status.
PAYMENT METHODS
The platform allows the User to use a third-party online transaction service (PayPal - Shopify Payments) to process such payments. When the User provides personal data for payment processing, such as credit card numbers, among others, the use and protection of such data will be governed by the terms and conditions set by PayPal. It is worth noting that when the User pays for a purchase through PayPal and after presenting the purchase summary during the sales process, the User will need to temporarily leave the WINTERINA platform and then access it again once they are aware of the payment status (rejected or approved). During this entire period, the conditions of PayPal applicable to the payment transaction will apply.
We do not accept payments through a mobile or web application.
DELIVERY.
WINTERINA will deliver your order to the exact address provided by you. WINTERINA can only make the delivery to the exact address corresponding to the User's residence or workplace. Deliveries will be made on business days, excluding holidays. Any delivery will be accompanied by a receipt included in the invoice provided to the User at the time of receiving the order.
If you need WINTERINA to deliver your order on different dates, WINTERINA will charge additional shipping costs. Each individual delivery of each order placed by the User will constitute a separate distance sales contract. If WINTERINA does not deliver the order on time or if any of the deliveries appears to be incorrect, meaning it does not match the products chosen by the User within the platform, this does not give the User the right to cancel the order.
RETURN POLICY
WINTERINA provides the User with the opportunity to return the product. However, any return associated with products delivered to the User must be initiated through direct email to info@winterina.com, and our team will contact you to guide you through the next steps.
All returned items must be unused, unstained, undamaged, and unwashed, with all sales tags and hygiene protectors, as received.
Once your order is delivered, you have up to 30 days to request a return. For items listed in OFFERS, you have up to 7 days to request a return.
You can process your return by email. Simply send an email with the order number to info@winterina.com. Select the items you wish to return, specifying the reasons they did not work. Choose your preferred refund method: Original payment method or Gift Card.
After receiving the return approval email, send your package to the indicated address. You have 15 days to ship the return; otherwise, the approval will be canceled, and the return will not be accepted. No exceptions.
All return shipping costs will be covered by WINTERINA.
Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges. However, you can return your product and place a new order.
Original shipping costs will only be refunded in case of a quality or delivery issue.
All refunds will be issued to your original payment method or via a gift card once WINTERINA receives the return. The refund may take up to 15 business days to process after WINTERINA receives the package. You will be notified by email once it is completed.
CANCELATIONES OR ORDER ADJUSTMENTS
The request can be made by sending an email to info@winterina.com, indicating the order number and the exact change to be made. Our customer service will contact you via email to notify you whether it is possible or not.
REFUND POLICY.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, except in cases where the customer requests a Gift Card as the refund method.
Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to five (5) business days to appear on the bank statement.
If the return was made by mail, the refund may take up to 15 business days to process after receiving the package. You will be notified by email once it is completed.
If you request your refund in the form of a Gift Card, it will be issued immediately.
WARRANTY POLICY.
All items from WINTERINA are covered by a warranty against material and manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use for a period of three (3) months from the date of purchase.
WINTERINA's warranty policy only covers items sold directly by WINTERINA on this website: winterina.com.
For items obtained from retailers, the customer must make the request directly to the store where the item was purchased.
Required information: the order number, address, and images detailing the quality issue can be emailed to info@winterina.com.
Defective products under normal and proper use will be replaced or repaired at no charge.
WINTERINA reserves the right to inspect claimed damages to determine the cause of the defect.
WINTERINA items purchased in physical stores or second-hand websites are no longer covered by the warranty.
PRODUCT CARE .
WINTERINA advises the user to follow the washing and maintenance instructions printed on the product labels. WINTERINA will not assume any responsibility for damages resulting from mishandling and improper use of the products, including the use of incorrect maintenance methods.

PROPERTIES RIGHTS RESERVED
The provided products will remain the exclusive property of WINTERINA until the User has fully paid all charges owed under any distance sales contract entered into with us, including payment of shipping costs and all other expenses associated with the online sales contract.
MODIFICATION AND UPDATING OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Due to technical needs, WINTERINA will have, at its own discretion, the right to modify, update, add, and/or remove features, services, and content from the platform, including these terms and conditions, at any time and without prior notice to Users, provided that such modifications, updates, or deletions do not affect the normal operation or purposes of the platform.
